In Home & Business Service/Consultation Rates
-Our Standard In Home & Business Service/ Consulting Rate. This rate covers all your basic computer repairs, including spyware, virus, malware, and software problems. We charge by the hour, not the problem, many repair places will charge you a flat fee for fixing one problem. Most computers have multiple problems making "fixed rate repairs" expensive, and unpractical. Our average service stop consists of repairing numerous computer problems in under an hour.
$39 per hour, per computer (1 hour minimum charge, billed in 15 min increments after initial hour)
-System Diagnostic & Repair with Virus and Spyware Protection. We'll make your system faster, cleaner and more efficient with this diagnostic, repair and protect it from viruses and spyware. We will optimize, clean and troubleshoot your computer's problems while removing malware to keep your computer running smooth. (This service requires us to take your computer back to our lab for roughly 24 hours) $99 per computer (hardware problems not included)
-Computer wireless networking, printers, and media devices. We'll set up and configure your home network and other devices, securing your data from getting into the wrong hands. $39 hour per device (1 hour minimum charge)
-Computer Problems that are"over and above a standard service visit" (hardware issues and major software issues) will be given an estimate and taken back to the lab for further repair.

-Computer Repairs over 20 miles out of Byron, MN (not exceed 60 miles) are subject to a fuel surcharge. $10
